In our preforming room, where we preform and cut cups, we have:

We have various types of moulds that allow us to achieve classic, calibrated, or ergonomic fits.

The moulds have diameters ranging from 90 to 160 mm to cover all sizes, from the smallest to the largest.

After fabric preforming, the cups are trimmed using dies or a band saw, thanks to cardboard templates.

For the moulding of bra cups, we have moulds with constant thickness shapes and moulds with graduated thickness. We are able to reproduce multiple models according to customer requests.

Our cups are cut using a KUKA robot with three-dimensional technology, with which we establish the tool path that will always be the same. This allows us to guarantee:

• maximum cutting precision
• identical right and left cups
• constant position of the ‘centre of the breast’ and thicknesses

We preform three-dimensional fabrics that have the peculiarity of integrating a structure of plane and transverse threads intertwined in three dimensions.

This three-dimensional structure provides support and comfort to the cup while ensuring maximum breathability. In light of this specific characteristic, after studies and research, we have allocated a part of our machinery park to spacer preforming.
